We apply a sorting fee to orders that are not sorted. If you send your cards unsorted, then a sorting fee of 20% of the value of the trade in will be applied to your order and deducted from your total once we buy your cards in.  This fee is to account for the staff cost associated with sorting your order.  If you wish to have your cards returned to you after we have sorted your order, you will have to pay the service charge of a sorting fee before the cards are returned to you at your expense.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003ePlease note, abandoned ordered will be disposed of 28 days after processing has completed.
