We first launched Puca Puca Games in mid 2020 and needless to day, we've learned a lot since then! We took the decision to launch a brand new store which, while familiar on the front end, has some big changes on the back end. Those changes will enable us to expand our product offerings as well as grow our store!
Here is some answers to questions we feel you may have around the new store launch!
I placed an order/trade-in on the old store. Is my order still valid?
Yes! All purchases from our old store have been fulfilled! All trade in's are also still valid so feel free to send your cards to us using your existing label and the instructions in our follow up email
I had a user account on the old store. Is my account still active?
All accounts from the old store have been migrated to our new store. Logging in however will prompt you to change your password. Please note that order histories have not been transferred however all orders have been archived. Please contact us if you require us to retrieve information regarding an old order
