When will I receive my order?
If your order has been placed prior to 12 noon, it will be shipped the same day. Any orders after 12 noon will be shipped the following day (except Sundays). Once your order is shipped you can expect the following deliver times:
- Standard Delivery: - 2-4 days
- Fast Delivery: 1-3 days
Please note that any delivery time selected will be calculated from the time the item is dispatched rather than the time ordered. Please take this into account when selecting your delivery method
Please note that due to the current situation with COVID-19, delivery times may be delayed. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Is a particular video game compatible with a particular console?
Fortunately we live in a time where games made for older systems are sometimes still supported on some newer systems. While we do not list each individual system on which a game is compatible, we do list the original intended region for each game on its product page. Please note that unfortunately we cannot accept returns based on compatibility issues with consoles other than the original console & region for which the game was originally intended.
What condition are your used video games in?
At Púca Púca games you can rest assured that there are no nasty surprises before you buy. Each video game is individually tested and the condition of each game is described on its product page. Products of similar conditions are listed on the same product page. For more information on our grading system, please see our Grading Games page
Can I trade games at Púca Púca?

What payment options are available?
Currently we accept all major Credit/Debit cards and we also accept PayPal. Unfortunately we do not accept Cash/Cheques
Pre-Orders
When will I receive my order?
In the description for each product available for pre-order, we have listed the release date of the product. When we receive the product we will ship all pre-orders the day before the release date where possible to ensure you receive your order on or as close to the release date as possible. Please note that delivery dates are also affected by the chosen delivery method selected at checkout at the time of pre ordering
Can I cancel my pre-order?
If you wish to cancel your pre order you can do so by contacting us and requesting a cancellation any time after dispatch. Once an item is dispatched it is subject to our refund and returns policies.
What if an item is delayed?
Unfortunately items are sometimes subject to delays. Where an item has been delayed, we update the affected items description to the best known new release date that we can find. We will also reach out to you via your registered email address to keep you up to date on any information regarding your order. Please note that any release dates listed are not guarantees and are correct to the best of our knowledge. Any existing pre-orders are still valid until the release date of the product.
Is my pre-order guaranteed?
Today competition for certain items are tough, and we are subject to some of the same challenges facing many customers when trying to secure some popular or hard-to-find items. This means that although we can accept pre-orders on certain items it is not guaranteed and pre-orders are fulfilled on a first-come first-served basis. Â Naturally this something that we wish to avoid where possible and to do so, we always try to pre-order in quantities below what we are expected to receive. Should we be unable to fulfil a pre-order come release, we will contact you via the email included on your order and offer a cancellation and refund of your order, or should you wish to and we have reasonable expectations of receiving future stock, continue to hold your pre-order until further stock is secured.
Can I purchase regular items in the same order as a pre-ordered item?
Yes you can however due to only a single postage cost being applied per-order, we will only be able to ship orders containing pre-orders when all items on that order become available. When pre-ordering multiple items with different release dates, or when pre-ordering items in the same order as readily available items, it may be best to place separate orders based on availability and release date to ensure you receive your items in a timely fashion.
